Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.  To make an appointment, you will need to be referred to our office.  Have your primary care physician call Allyson at 423-648-7667 to schedule an appointment.  You must continue with your primary care physician for all medical needs other than pain management and rehabilitation. 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can open up your appointment time to another patient.

Our building is called   "Plaza 153".

It is a single story building located on Highway 153 in Hixson Tennessee.

It is located 1 mile south from NorthGate Mall.

       From south of Chattanooga:  Take Highway 75 north. Take exit 4 which is Highway 153. After 7 miles you will cross Chickaumauga Dam. Turn left at the second traffic light. The road is Hamill and there is a BP gas station at the corner. Turn right into our building parking lot, which is immediately after the BP gas station.  Drive around the building to the Highway 153 side and enter the double doors. Our office is in the center of the building.

       From north of Chattanooga: Take Highway 75 south. Take exit 4 which is Highway 153. After 7 miles you will cross Chickaumauga Dam. Turn left at the second traffic light.        From west of Chattanooga: Take Highway 24 east. Highway 24 ends at Highway 75. Take highway 75 exit 185B ( north ).  Take exit 4 which is Highway 153.         From Soddy Daisy: Take Highway 27 south. Take exit 153 south which is highway 153. We are 4 miles on the right side. You will go under Hixson Pike overpass, then pass Northgate mall. Our building is next to Title Max.

        From downtown Chattanooga: Take highway 24 to highway 75, go north, and take exit 4 which is highway 153.  After 7 miles you will cross the damn, make a left at the second traffic light. The road is Hamill and there is a BP gas station at the corner. Turn right into our building parking lot, which is immediately after the BP gas station. Drive around the building to the Highway 153 side and enter the double doors. Our office is in the center of the building.
